I'm okay with this.

Apparently next year for Mother's day we're getting my mom a used CTS because prices are in the mid-to-high $20,000s for a fully loaded non-V model now.

It's becoming common practice in this house to get cars as Mother's and Father's day gifts, because the Vue was a Mother's Day gift and the Truck a father's day gift.

This also means I'm probably going to end up with the Vue.

Is the Vue a stick? I drove a 5 speed Vue one time and I didn't hate it.

6-speed auto. Not a terrible transmission though.

yup and the power window buttons were on either side of the shifter which is weird.

That would be amazing. I'd love to pick up an older Cts-V, I think it was you who suggested it. I just couldn't find any for under $11,000 so I went with the A4.

Those Gen 1's with the honda V6 were faster than they should have been for the time. I couldn't imagine that with a manual

It's usually random, but they always seem to be bought around a week before or after Mother's/Father's day.

Every 5 or 6 years my parents get big gifts for each other. Next year will be 7 since we got the Vue, so a new-to-her Cadillac shall be next.
